The property showcases a variety of exotic fruit trees, including mangos, mangosteens, limes, bananas, soursop, jackfruit, sugarcane, and more.

The highlight of Villa Cacha is your PRIVATE natural swimming pool, an eco-luxury experience purified entirely by nature. The water is kept crystal clear through a living system of aquatic plants and small fish—occasionally including harmless tadpoles—offering a refreshing, spring-like environment that families and children love. No chemicals, just pure natural harmony.

Inside, you’ll find two queen beds and one king bed, along with thoughtful details that make the home both inviting and comfortable. One of the bedrooms and one bathroom have independent outdoor access, offering added privacy for members of your group.

Villa Cacha offers complete access to the home and private pool. Drinking water is provided for your stay.

Please note: A nearby home (approximately 75 yards away) is under construction from June to February 2026, Monday–Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. There is no construction noise between December 14 and January 3. Pricing reflects this temporary situation. We appreciate your understanding.
