Located in a gated community, just a 5-minute walk (approximately 400 meters / 0.4 km) from Arrecife/Punta Uva, one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.

Villa Angel features air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. The fully equipped kitchen includes island seating and a large dining table, perfect for group meals and gatherings.

Relax on the wrap-around porch, complete with hammocks, rocking chairs, and a patio set overlooking lush gardens. The living room offers a comfortable space with a TV and a private, serene atmosphere.

Enjoy high-speed fiber optic internet (50 MB up/down) with UPS backup (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to ensure consistent connectivity.
We also provide large bottles of filtered reverse osmosis water during your stay.

Guests have access to a shared infinity pool and private parking for one vehicle.
Laundry service is available at an additional cost, or we can recommend a local laundromat.

The property collects rainwater and stores it in a 22,000-litre tank, purified with UV and sediment filters, making it safe for cooking.
We also provide a 15-litre bottle of spring drinking water upon arrival.

Additionally, Starlink satellite internet is available on site for extra reliability.

Please note: There is a gentle slope at the entrance to the house; while it’s not steep, it may be slightly challenging for some guests.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy the natural symphony of the jungle — howler monkeys, macaws, and tropical birds all around you.

Casa Tucan features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and full air conditioning throughout. The beautifully designed kitchen with jungle views is fully equipped and includes a reverse osmosis water filter for clean drinking water.

Located in a gated community just 500 meters (0.3 miles) from Arrecife/Punta Uva Beach, one of Costa Rica’s most stunning beaches, you can often see sloths, monkeys, and tropical birds right at your doorstep.

The house offers high-speed fiber optic internet (50 Mbps Up/Down) plus Starlink satellite internet as backup, ensuring a reliable connection for remote work or streaming. A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) system keeps the internet stable during power fluctuations.

Guests will have exclusive access to Casa Tucan and shared access to the infinity pool, yoga deck, and gym. Large bottles of filtered reverse osmosis water are provided throughout your stay.

Please note: Casa Tucan is located directly off the main road for convenient access. You may occasionally hear motorcycles or passing traffic, which can be loud for some guests. The area is also developing, and there is construction across the street, so some daytime noise is possible.
