"Apartamentos Abeto" is the perfect place for nature lovers. It is a beautiful space to relax and spend time with family/friends, surrounded by the rainforest on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. If you work from home, this could be an excellent option.

The apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning and WiFi Internet service. The best security measures and devices were chosen to protect each guest and their belongings 24/7.

In this 3-story building there are 4 apartments; two (2) for each floor and on the third floor there is a lounge, to relax and enjoy nature.

Each apartment has:

- 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds or bunk bed.
- 1 private bathroom with hot water.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Living / Dining room.
- Balcony to the front and back
- Laundry sink.
- Internet wifi / fiber optics.
- Television.
- Electric security fence throughout the property.
- Security cameras to monitor the property.
- Electric gate to access the property.
- Security boxes for keys with code for guest entry.
- Private parking inside the property.
- Reserve water tank.

Each guest may use the green and common areas as well as the assigned apartment.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle, next to a dense forest area full of life, where you can hear the sounds of nature (monkeys, birds, insects).

Guests can move around the area by car, walking, bicycle, or motorcycle. In the center of town there are options to rent bicycles, motorcycles or cars. The distance from the property to the center of Puerto Viejo is 1km (5 min by car or 20 min walking along the beach front).

- Electric access gate to the property: Guests are given one (1) control per apartment to open and close the electric access gate. In the event of a power outage, containment measures will be explained.

- Security boxes: There are different keys for the main gate and for each apartment that will be given at check-in.

- Private parking: Each vehicle must park in exit position in front of the apartments.

Important note: Please be aware that there is construction close to the property so you may experience construction noise during your stay.

The building has three floors and houses a total of four apartments, with two on each level. On the third floor, you’ll find a cozy lounge, perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying the peace of nature.

Enjoy a comfortable and secure stay in Apartment Abeto 3, located on the second floor of the building. This cozy space accommodates up to 6 guests and features:

• 2 bedrooms: One with a double bed and the other with a two single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
• 1 private bathroom with hot water.
• Equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
• A cozy living room with a single sofa bed and AC.
• Front and rear balconies to enjoy the fresh air.
• External sink
